Having spent over 13 years at Systango, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t defined by titles. At Systango, we’ve always believed that leadership isn’t defined by titles. As a woman in leadership, I’ve learnt that when people feel heard, trusted and empowered, teamwork becomes something bigger: a shared purpose. And that purpose fuels the culture we’re proud of building. What I value most about Systango is our instinct to create opportunities instead of waiting for them. We encourage bold thinking, celebrate individuality and move forward as one team, grounded in clarity, courage and collaboration.

I started this journey more than a decade ago with a simple aim: to help people make sense of technology and use it to move their business forward. What keeps me going at Systango is the mix of challenge and trust. I work with sharp teams and ambitious clients build relationships that last, and see ideas turn into real outcomes. The pace, the variety, and the chance to open new doors for people still excite me every single day.

I came from a BPO background, so moving into IT was a big shift. What made it work was the support and trust from the people at Systango. One thing that stood out early was our Culture of “Y”, the idea of asking why, not just following instructions. It encourages curiosity, clarity, and accountability, and gives people the space to think beyond their tasks. That openness and inclusiveness helped me grow professionally and personally.
